Take the Challenge
We don’t release a constant stream of content that all looks and feels the same, as this makes things boring and doesn’t inspire us to work out. Instead, our workouts are released in fitness courses ranging from 2 to 7 weeks that we call ‘Challenges’. Each time a challenge is released every member starts on the same day and works through that program. This means that although you are working out on your schedule you will be doing the challenge with people from around the world. To keep things interesting each Challenge has a different focus, look and feel.
