The DanceToned Challenge

You want to get fit and stay fit which means workouts need to stay fresh

Our workouts are released as courses called ‘Challenges’. All our members start a challenge on the same day and work through the program together. Challenges are released as beginner, intermediate and advanced levels so no matter where you are on your fitness journey we have you covered.

Challenges happen around 4 times a year and last anywhere from 2 to 7 weeks. When we don’t have a live Challenge we have daily workouts that change every day.

+ How much is the Dance Toned membership?

Dance Toned is a monthly membership or a yearly annual membership. Memberships are (USD) $20/monthly or $199/year. All memberships start with a 7 day free trial with free cancelation at any time. Dance Toned membership gives you access to unlimited on demand to the growing library of 200+ workouts, challenges, daily workouts, live streamed workouts, tutorials, exclusive access to the Dance Toned community group to connect with other members.

+ What is your cancelation policy?

You may cancel your membership at any time at no charge. But you won’t want too as you will be far too busy having fun during your workout with Dance Toned.

+ What do I need to join Dance Toned?

You don’t need anything! You don’t even need that much space. All workouts are designed to be done in limited space. You may want a yoga mat, or a soft surface when doing the floor exercises but carpet or a towel will simply do the trick!

+ How often are new workouts added?

Challenges are launched every 3-4 months, you will always have plenty of notice beforehand on a launch date. All members take the challenge at the same time but in your own time. After a challenge period all workouts are still accessible. Outside of challenge seasons we have Daily Workouts, which are new and released every week. Also, Dance Toned Signature Sections which are short 3 minutes workouts are always available for those busy days or if you just wanted to add more to your workout.

+ Can I access Dance Toned from anywhere?

You can take Dance Toned with you all around the world. That’s the beauty of it. From your home, to work, to a hotel room when on vacation. As long as you have wifi or internet service, Dance Toned is always accessible.

+ How can I watch the workouts?

Dance Toned can be watched from any device. It can also be airstream to your TV, don't forget about this!

+ It’s too hard, what do you suggest?

It’s meant to be hard, if it was easy everyone would be walking around with six packs! If it wasn’t a hard challenge then you won’t see results. You are doing this in your own space on your own time, no one is there but you. Go at your own pace and lower the impact when needed, do not feel pressured! Dance Toned is not about that. The key is keep track of your progress and journey, so you can see how far you have come through the challenge. You will get stronger daily if you keep to the schedule day by day.

+ Do I have to do all the workouts when on a challenge?

To get the maximum out of the challenge and to reach your fitness goals, then you should never skip a day. The idea of the challenges is followed from start to finish. All challenges are designed to build strength and stamina as well as toning and losing body fat and skipping won’t get you there faster.
