DanceToned (“DanceToned,” “we,” “our,” and/or “us”) values the privacy of the individuals who use our websites at www.dancetoned.com, go.dancetoned.com, (“Websites”), along with our DanceToned mobile software application that has been made available for download (“App”), and any related websites or other online properties that link to this privacy policy (together with the Websites and the App, the “Service”). This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and share information from users of our Service (“users,” “you,” and/or “your”). By using our Service, you agree to the collection, use, disclosure, and procedures this Privacy Policy describes. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information You Provide to Us.

  • Communications. You may receive emails with DanceToned-related news and information to the email address you provided as part of the registration process. You can unsubscribe from our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails. Even if you opt-out of receiving promotional messages from us, you will continue to receive administrative messages from us. For example, if you email our support team, we will receive information such as your name, email address, the contents of your message, any attachments you may send to us, and any other information you choose to provide.

  • Push Notifications. When you install our App on your mobile device, you agree to receive push notifications, which are messages an app sends you on your mobile device when the app is not on. These notifications include class reminders, forgotten password assistance, and account verification. You can turn off notifications by visiting your mobile device’s “settings” page.

  • Payment Information. You need to purchase a subscription to access and use the App for the period selected during the order process. If you purchase a subscription to our App, your payment-related information, such as your credit card or other financial information, is collected by our third-party payment processor on our behalf.

  • Survey Responses. We may ask you to respond to an optional survey to collect information about user interest. If you choose to respond to any survey, we will receive your responses to our questions and any other information you choose to share through the survey.

Information We Collect When You Use Our Service.
