Playback keeps freezing
Sometimes during playback you might find that the video pauses for a moment while it downloads the rest of the workout. This is called buffering and something that can be really frustrating. Our system is constantly testing your internet speed to deliver the highest resolution video without this buffering issue. Unfortunately wifi and internet speeds can change so sometimes you may get this buffering.
Fortunately there is a quick solution to this. On any video just click the cog icon in the bottom and select a lower resolution. Although our videos are in 4k they still look great at lower resolutions and let’s be honest the most important thing here is to get an uninterrupted workout.
So remember just click the cog icon and select a different resolution to get perfect uninterrupted playback.
