What makes up a DANCETONED workout?

All of our workouts follow a simple set of rules making it easy to understand and follow along. A workout is broken into Sections and each section is a song. A section is also linked to a workout type like a ‘cardio section’, Arm section’ or ‘Core Section.

All workouts have a warm up section, a cooldown section and multiple workout sections in between. Each section has a level and title to help you understand what you are doing in that day's workout. The levels are from 1-5. Level 1 being the easiest and level 5 being the most difficult. The names let you know what type of workout it is and what to expect. This also means you will grow to have your favorite sections.

For example a section might be called L3 Cardio Abs. This means it’s a Level 3 section and will be working out your Abs.

Workouts have different focuses for each day like ‘Full Body’, ‘Abs and Booty’ and ‘Core’ to name a few.

Although no two days are ever the same the great thing is that the sections are repeated on different days, so the more you workout the better you will get at each section. DanceToned was created this way to help you build confidence and just like dancing the more you practice the better and stronger you get. All you have to do is sign in and work out because we take care of all the programming.

Finally, you will see that all sections have been created to fit within a Challenge and each time there is a new challenge that means all new music and brand new sections which means completely new workouts.

Here's an example of a workout. Day 33 of the ‘Get DanceToned’ challenge is a full body workout. It's broken up into 7 sections. A full body warmup, then Level 3 Cardio Abs, then Level 1 Leg Starter, Level 3 Arm Booster, Level 1 Booty Starter, Level 3 Core Booster and ends with the Quick Cool Down.

As the video plays you can see the bars at the bottom showing where you are in that day's workout.

At the beginning of each workout there is a screen that lists all sections for that day. Once you start working out all of this will make a lot of sense.
